Hello! My name is Shelby, and I am an aesthetic nurse injector and the founder of Pearl Medspa. In my 7 years of nursing experience, I have developed a passion for the best of science through skin care and treatment. Before professionally venturing into the world of aesthetics in 2022, I first developed an interest and love for aesthetic medicine years prior as a patient! I am inspired daily by the way I can amplify a person’s natural radiance and enhance the way they feel about themselves. With you in mind every step of the way, I have curated the full patient experience and treatments offered with personalization and intention. Ask me about my favorite treatments! Outside of work, I enjoy spending time on the water, planning my next trip, and exploring all the coffee shops and cuisines that Charleston has to offer.
Rebecca Love
Aesthetician
Rebecca has been a professionally licensed esthetician since 2018 and brings over 10 years of experience in the skincare and beauty industry. As a mother of three, she deeply understands the importance of prioritizing self-care and believes that when you feel great on the outside, it enhances how you feel on the inside. She is dedicated to assisting her clients every step of the way with result-driven, comprehensive, and approachable skincare routines designed to help you achieve your skin goals. When she is not in the treatment room, you will find her on her Peloton bike or relaxing on the couch, indulging in her favorite Bravo shows—with a sheet mask, of course!

Lyndsey Humphrey
BSN, RN
Lyndsey Humphrey, BSN, RN, comes from a background that includes neonatal nursing, medical aesthetics, plastic surgery, and aesthetic device sales, making her depth and breadth of knowledge about the industry unparalleled. She is deeply passionate about bringing out each client’s unique beauty and believes that everyone should have the opportunity to reach their full potential. The team at Pearl has lovingly nicknamed her “Lyndsey the Lip Queen” for her skillful filler work! In her free time, she enjoys boxing, reading, and hanging out with her dog, Sargissimo.

With a strong foundation in healthcare as a former surgical trauma ICU nurse and now a family nurse practitioner, Molly has transitioned her expertise into the world of medical aesthetics, where she combines her medical knowledge and passion for beauty and wellness. With countless years of experience in both critical care and the medspa industry, she brings a unique perspective to her practice, ensuring that every treatment is performed with precision, safety, and care. Specializing in weight loss, lasers, and injectables, Molly is committed to offering clients advanced services that are customized to their individual needs. Clients appreciate Molly’s friendly and compassionate approach, making each visit not only transformative but also comfortable and reassuring. Outside of the medspa, Molly enjoys traveling, cooking new recipes, running, listening to live music, and trying all the new restaurants in town.
