Cancellation Policy

In order to maintain the highest quality experience for all of our clients and respect the time of our staff, appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance will be assessed a cancellation fee of 25% of the base service price. We kindly ask that you cancel your appointment online or by phone at least 24 hours in advance to avoid the cancellation fee. By receiving services at Pearl Medspa, you agree to this policy. Please note that consultations are always complimentary, but a $100 fee will be charged to the card on file if there is a no-show for a consultation. We assess these fees not for the enrichment of our business, but for the respect and protection of our staff and their time.
